Two products built in-house, and counting

We build software end to end — and keep it running.

Astria GK designs, builds, and maintains websites, e-commerce platforms, and Android and iOS apps. From the first conversation to the security patch eighteen months after launch.

What we do

One team for the whole lifecycle

Design, build, launch, and maintain. You do not need a different vendor for each stage, and you do not need to explain the product twice.

Built in-house

Two products we designed, built, and still run

Client work is often under NDA. These are ours end to end, so we can show you the whole thing — the architecture decisions included.

Krono²

Krono²Live

A marketplace for vintage watches.

A commerce platform for buying and selling vintage timepieces, where provenance and condition matter as much as price.

  • Catalog architecture for non-standard inventory
  • Faceted search and filtering at scale
  • Checkout and payment flows

Skolo

SkoloLive

Know your child is safe. Every trip.

Real-time school van tracking that connects parents, schools, and drivers in one app — with verified handoff at both ends of the journey.

  • Real-time location ingestion and mapping
  • Geofenced push notification pipelines
  • Multi-tenant, role-based product architecture

Case studies

How these were actually built

The engineering decisions behind our own products, written up in full — the constraints, the trade-offs, and what we would do again.

Our product · Vintage watch marketplace2026

    Krono²

A commerce platform for vintage timepieces, where every listing is a single unit and provenance is structured data rather than a description paragraph.

    Our product · School transport2026

    Skolo

A school van tracking platform built end to end — live GPS for parents, fleet visibility for schools, and OTP-verified handoff of every child.

How we work

Five stages, and the fifth is the one that matters

Plenty of teams can get you to launch. Fewer are still there when a dependency goes end-of-life a year later.

  1. 01

    Discover

We map the workflow, the users, and the constraints before proposing a solution. You get a written scope you can hold us to — not a vague estimate that moves later.

  2. 02

    Design

Interface and architecture together. Screens are designed against the real data model, so what gets approved is what can actually be built.

  3. 03

    Build

Delivered in working increments you can open and use. Weekly demos, a shared board, and direct access to the engineers doing the work.

  4. 04

    Launch

Store submission, DNS, monitoring, analytics, and search setup handled. We treat performance and SEO as launch criteria rather than a follow-up ticket.

  5. 05

    Maintain

Security patches, dependency upgrades, monitoring, and steady improvement. Most agencies stop at step four — this is the step that decides whether the product is still healthy a year from now.

Tools

What we build with

Chosen per project, not by habit. These are the ones we reach for most.

  • TypeScript
  • Angular
  • React Native
  • Flutter
  • Node.js
  • PostgreSQL
  • Firebase
  • Tailwind CSS

What to expect

What you can hold us to

We would rather show you how we work than quote ourselves praising it. Client quotes go here once we have them in writing.

  • A written scope before any code

You get a document you can hold us to, agreed up front — not a verbal estimate that quietly moves once the work is underway.

  • Weekly demos of working software

Progress you can open and click through, every week. Not a status deck describing progress you cannot see.

  • You own the code and the accounts

Repositories, hosting, domains, and third-party accounts are created in your name or transferred at handover. No infrastructure held as leverage.

  • Direct access to the engineers

You talk to the people writing the code. Nothing is relayed through an account manager who has to check and get back to you.

  • We are still here after launch

Security patches, dependency upgrades, monitoring, and bug fixes within an agreed response window — the part most vendors treat as someone else's problem.

  • The first conversation is free

Tell us what you need and we will come back with questions, a suggested approach, and a rough range. No charge, no obligation.
